RedTag Backcharge ("the App") is a construction management tool designed for logging trade delays, calculating backcharges, and generating reports. Your privacy is important to us, and this policy explains how the App handles your information.
All data you enter into the App — including contacts, jobs, red tags, delay types, settings, and photos — is stored locally on your device using on-device storage. No data is transmitted to or stored on any external server. The App operates entirely offline and does not require an internet connection to function.

The App does not send messages directly — it opens a pre-filled draft for you to review and send at your discretion. No message content passes through any third-party server.
The App allows you to export your data as a JSON backup file and import it back. This file is generated and stored locally on your device. You control where and how this backup file is saved or shared. The App does not automatically back up data to any cloud service.
The App does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services. There are no SDKs or frameworks within the App that collect or transmit user data.
The App is a professional construction management tool and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
Since all data is stored locally on your device, you can delete all App data at any time by:
